Quality Control

Fuyuan has passed ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, QC 080000: 2017 system certification.
Fuyuan chargers have obtained certifications including UL/FCC in the United States, CB/CE/RoHs/GS/Reach/UKCA in Europe, PSE in Japan, SAA/RCM in Australia, KC/KCC in South Korea, and CCC in China.
Fuyuan have advanced inspection equipments, professional QC team and rigorous incoming material management control, coupled with regular two-time machine equipment correction every year, ensuring product quality and safety factor. Independent quality testing laboratories are preparing for construction to seek better product testing efficiency and customer experience.
Each of our Battery Chargers, Power Adapters and LED Power Supplies will be strictly tested before shipping. The last four processes of testing is Open Frame Performance Testing --- Plastic Housing Integrated --- 4-hour Aging Testing --- Drop Testing---- Final Performance Testing --- Packaging.

Radiated Emission Test (RE)

Working principle: The anechoic chamber can shield indoor and outdoor electromagnetic waves, and install absorbing materials inside the anechoic chamber to attenuate the reflection of indoor electromagnetic waves, thus simulating the experimental environment for testing electronic products. The interior of the anechoic chamber is equipped with a turntable for the rotation of the tested object and an antenna tower that can receive interference electromagnetic waves and lift them up and down. The antenna is used to scan up and down to receive interference electromagnetic waves emitted by the tested object, achieving the purpose of testing its electric field strength.

Test purpose: It is to evaluate whether the interference of electromagnetic waves emitted by the tested object in normal working conditions on the surrounding environment meets the requirements of relevant standards and specifications through testing.
The test site is a standard 3m method 966 anechoic chamber, with main instruments of well-known brands. The R&S fully compatible receiver and Schwarzbeck's receiving antenna and preamplifier are used to detect radiation interference and electromagnetic radiation immunity of related electronic products
